Chris Schmitz Owner

Chris Schmitz spent 10 years as the Design Consultant for Renewal By Andersen. After years of selling what I thought was the best window on the market I learned that not everyone needs the “Mercedes Benz,” but most people have a problem that needs solved. Many times I would work with a homeowner that wanted to do business with me but the project exceeded the budget and there were no low cost alternatives to turn to. Using my experience and network I have been able to partner with suppliers to offer not only my passion, Andersen Windows, but other low cost alternatives, so that I can help homeowners no matter the budget.

Being able to utilize my experience from the last 10 years my goal is to help you navigate your purchasing decision by explaining the positives and the negatives of the different types of materials and manufacturers as well as being able to confidently install the products that you choose. This allows you to get exactly what you want without sacrificing or just getting by.
