Two homes can have windows that look almost identical from the outside and still require very different replacement methods.

The condition of the frame, exterior materials, interior finishes and original construction all matter.

In some situations, a replacement window can be installed while leaving more of the existing frame in place. In others, removing the full frame allows us to address deteriorated materials, improve flashing or create a better long-term installation.
